dealer wont come pick up car been over 4 months. can i sale it to the junk yard?
Just moved to texas. my car broke doen. called the place where i got it. they won’t fix it because it is out of state. I told them to come get it. the said no. for me to bring it. told them i don’t want it. been over 3 months can i sale it to the junkyard.
If neither of you is bothered enough to do anything about it must be a right pile of crap. Forget about it & move on with your life.
